Future of construction?

Amazing time-lapse video of the construction of the 30 story hotel in Yueyang, Hunan province, within 30 days by the Broad Group.

Apparently, the pre-fabricated structure is not only cheaper and energy efficient, it can also withstand earthquakes of upto 9 Richter scale. Its cost is about $635 per sqm, which is 30% cheaper than conventional buildings. The round-the-clock construction system uses prefabricated flat modules from factories outside and which are transported and bolted into place by workers.
